Please note that this online portal is only applicable for NGS sample pick-up requests within Metro Manila and Los Banos, Laguna area. If you need to send samples from outside of this territory, kindly coordinate with our sales representative for shipping instructions.

Through this portal, you can now conveniently request for a sample pick-up. It's important to note that sample pick-ups are scheduled for Mondays and Tuesdays only to ensure timely delivery to Macrogen before the weekend. Los Banos area is only accomodated on every Mondays only. If you have any queries or require assistance, feel free to contact us. We're here to help streamline your sequencing process.

Note: Kindly complete the checkout process to confirm your pick-up request. This is not where you place your order for NGS. Due to the nature of this transaction, a sales representative has to guide you in selecting the appropriate service. This portal is only applicable when you have already coordinated with a sales rep and now you are ready to have your samples picked-up.
